Procedure to Attending ASEP 2021 is:(plan)
| March | ・Start of student selection ・Distribution of recruitment documents ・Recommendation of one professor(*About number of staffs, please decide as your university need. More than one is also OK.) |
| April | ・Selection of students |
| May | ・Determination of participant students, faculty members and submission of documents (by May 25) |
| From June to July | ・Arranging an orientation meeting ・Attending previous learning meeting with group member of another country |
| August | ・Participation in the ASEP online (August 9-August 11) ・Submission of comments / questionnaires (immediately after program termination, by September 10 at the latest) |
