Open Monday – Friday, from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Complete the form below for a request to visit Chulalongkorn University. Please submit the form at least 15 working days prior to the proposed visit date.
Please note:
The Office of Student Affairs will acknowledge receiving your visit request form within 3 working days. In the event that you do not receive an acknowledgement email, please feel free to send a follow-up email to sukwanchat.r@chula.ac.th.
The Office of Student Affairs will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, please understand that under certain circumstances some requests may not be responded in the way you wish.
The Office of Student Affairs provides no interpretation service.
Your contact person will be informed about the date and arrangement of your visit via email; you may be requested to provide further information to facilitate the visit.
If your delegation consists of more than five people, please send an email to sukwanchat.r@chula.ac.th with a name list of the delegation in Word file.
To organize a visit requested for a group of students, whose objectives are such as (1) fostering cultural exchange among students, (2) going on a campus tour, and (3) engaging in other activities pertinent to Chula students, please proceed by sending a formal request email along with details to Mr. Sukwanchat Rattanapaeng, International Coordinator at the Office of Student Affairs, at sukwanchat.r@chula.ac.th.
