Rehearsal Guidelines for Academic Year 2024

Rehearsal: Chulalongkorn University Auditorium
Registration time
Morning session: Registration at 7:30 a.m. | rehearsal starts at 8:30 a.m.
Afternoon session: Registration at 12:00 p.m. | rehearsal starts at 1:00 p.m.
* Graduates must arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time. Late arrivals will be considered absent. *
and carry it with you at all times during rehearsals. Graduates must also bring their National ID card and/or Student ID card.
Graduates must sit in the seat assigned on their Graduate Registration Pass.
(This assigned seat is applicable for rehearsal only.)
All graduates must switch off their mobile phones and are strictly prohibited from using them during rehearsals.
Graduates must pass both the electronic attendance system and the manual roll call conducted by faculty rehearsal supervisors. Failure to do so or to attend all sessions will result in the loss of eligibility to participate in the Commencement Ceremony.
